Congress sends Bush war funding bill
The House and Senate on Thursday night passed a $120 billion war-spending bill that had been the primary point of contention between Democrats and President Bush. The money would fund military operations -- mostly in Iraq -- through at least September. The bill does not include timetables for removing U.S. troops from Iraq.
